This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the sale of all products by ADORN (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to WPC/PVC wall panels and ceiling tiles.
1. Final Sale Policy
All products sold by ADORN are sold on a final sale basis.
Once a sale is completed, no return, refund, replacement, or exchange shall be permitted, whether in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
We do not take responsibilty of goods damaged during transport.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
ADORN expressly disclaims any obligation to accept returns, issue refunds, or provide replacements or exchanges for products sold, including but not limited to cases involving:

Change of mind by the purchaser

Incorrect selection, measurements, or quantity ordered

Color, finish, texture, or design variations

Installation errors or post-delivery handling

Transit delays or third-party logistics issues
3. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods
The purchaser is solely responsible for inspecting all goods at the time of delivery or collection.
Acceptance of delivery or signing of delivery documents shall constitute full and final acceptance of the goods in all respects.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Goods at Delivery
Any claim relating to damaged or incorrect goods must be:

Noted at the time of delivery, and

Supported by appropriate documentation, including photographs and delivery records.
We do not take responsibility of goods damaged during transport.
No claims shall be entertained once the goods have been accepted or removed from the delivery location.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADORN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or installation of the products.
6. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, making payment, or accepting delivery of goods from ADORN, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy without exception.
