About the Role:

As an Account Assistant at Adorn, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our finance department. Key responsibilities may include:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, preparing payment schedules, and managing customer accounts.
• Data Entry & Reconciliation: Maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring data integrity.
• Bank Transactions: Assisting with bank deposits, withdrawals, and other banking-related activities.
• General Accounting Support: Providing support with various accounting functions, such as preparing reports, assisting with audits, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and Tally : Excellent knowledge of Excel and Tally, including data entry, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and develop effective solutions.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
